Gym:Fitnes,Health,and Desire

Hello guys,back with me again!I was so excited now is the long weekend because it is "Eid Al-Adha" for muslim in entire world.So sadly i don`t had any intention to talk about them.

Because this time,i want to tell you about my secondary hobby aside from watching wrestling.That hobby is Workout in the Gym.

Well uh,i don`t mean to mess up with u guys,because i just want to sharing.This hobby is relatively new for me.I start less than a year ago (2012).At First the intention of workout is getting my self bigger to fit "someone" that i respect most.But slowly i find out,that i being healthy is for my self no one else.

I start to workout in fall 2012,but start routinely in early 2013 (so i start count it from here).Many inspiration for me to start workout at the time.From WWE Superstar like Triple H to my original Intention to workout (to fit someone who never i called him as a rival).I so remember the first time i step my feet in the Gym.The Gym is generally the local type Gym.It is not small but relatively old.It located not far from my home,just around 1-2 Km.The Gym is called "Eddy Jasa Fitnes Center".


The first exercise I do was regular Dumbell/Barbel to biceps.Since I often do the same thing at home before,I didn`t felt any difficult to do it.So I try to lift up another dumbell that bigger than my normal dumbell.


Next was they called as "Pull Down".This can be my first challange in the Gym.I set weight around 5 stone (25kg).when i began to do it....woww!!!!it so heavy man!!!i use most of my strenght to this!!!!this type is effective to grow ur wing muscle (side abdominal),little to neck,hand,and ur back.

Third......is my favorite!!!!!!!everyone was so familiar with this one,The Bench Press!I was so afraid to do this excersise at first.Because i heard upon,many pros do this were injured and even Jeff Hardy was too.But when i began to adapt it,I didn`t feel anything but to continue :D.Bench had 3 different type,They are Incline,Decline and Straight.Bench press is good for chest,hand,and triceps.

Next was similar to the first,but I had to raise the dumbell to the air Up and down for few Reps.It good for your back and hand.


Hahahahaha,and after i finished that day,when back home,i feel something that everyone had told me before.I feel the extraordinary pain on the muscle that i had train.And because of this,I can`t move easily.From Internet I found that this is called as Delay Onset Muscle Soreness.It cause by the damaged muscle that being train.It lasted until the next 48 hours...huft just imagine how boring it is hahahah

The first 6 months,everyone say that i didn`t grow up a muscle.Yeah i realize that too.I suffer from the Allergy to high protein food.As we know,if u want to add more muscle.u must eat high protein.But my allergy prevent me to add more muscle into my body =_=

After this,i began to think,if i can`t grow bigger,for what i still keep this hobby on me???But all of my friend convince me not to quit workout and yes i still go with it.Today is tenth month since the first workout.And.....still a small man
