Lindsay Kaye Miller...Pesona Seksi si "Ratu Fitnes"

Okey guys, it's time to back my another review .... but this time is to review the pure women aka non-transgender!Maybe she is 100% assigned woman at birth ... but about the physical .... wow really this something.

Most people today are very concerned with the problem of the body shape and their`s health.With High nutrition food,your health guaranteed definitely more good.But for body shape ???

So, on this occasion we will see a woman who has a stocky body and a large muscular like a man.She can be an example for all of the Fitnes Trainee (including myself)!

Okey so here we go!She is Lindsay Kaye!Maybe she shared a same first name as an actrees name Lindsay Lohan.But both are very popular within their own world (Kaye is in fitness world while Lohan is an popular hollywood actress).The most interesting thing is her hometown of Raleigh as it is just few miles away from Jeff Hardy`s hometown of Cameron (also in the state of North Carolina).

Lindsay Kaye is definitely a woman.But she possess such an incredible body shape.According to the source,it all begin from her younger days.Her father told his children that entire family member have high metabolism (which means they hard to gaining weight).So Lindsay race with her brother who gonna gaining weight most.From here she started to be a powerlifter.

Lindsay then joined the USA Air Forces camp to train harder.Fortunately she started to gain weight there.Shortly after,she got her "Gym Instructor License".


She has many achivements throughout her carreer as Powerlifter.She has been featured in many fitnes magazines such as Oxygen Magazine,Reps!,Status Fitnes and many more again.Lindsay also becoming one of the most influencing female in health care program (where she became the main inspiration or example).Just she...it is so hard to make the six-pack abs.But she had it now.

According to Lindsay herself,it is her main goal to be appear in many magazine as she stated that it able motivated herself and others to do the same thing.Lindsay also able to do the Bicep curl with 90kg total weight plate attaching into the bars (something only the strong man ussualy able to do).

Wednesday: Back

Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Legs
WorSaturday: Triceps
Everyday Abs!

Phew...just as you see above...hard to attain hard to do.For that massive scedules per week,she eat 6 white eggs,4 Turkey Bacon,oatmeal,beef with veggie,and bunch of supplements such as Fish oil,carnitine,and protein shake.

For Lindsay fit is better than retaining the fat inside your body.That`s why she loves to share her program with other women in order to get a good body shape.Lindsay even open the personal trainer company with full experience to easing other women.Fat is only something to be burn for her...
